How to upload a document?

Shaparency's document repository allows you to upload, share and manage all your company specifics files in one easy to access storage centre.

With default folders created to manage your e-signed documents, your meeting SmartPacks, and company and personal folders, it's never been easier to find all your files quickly and easily. 

You control who has access to which files both at a file specific level, and through custom management of roles & permissions.

All you need to do is:

  1. Click on the folder of your choice
  2. Select upload in the right-hand corner. Here you'll have options to upload a single file or a folder
  3. Browse your computer files and select the relevant files or folders
  4. Select open
  5. The file upload will begin when you see the small window and file progress in the bottom right-hand corner

Alternatively, we have drag and drop enabled. Simply. select the relevant files or folders from your computer and drag them into the Document window.
