How do I add a contact?

As an administrator, you can invite contacts or 'Board members' to Shaparency and have complete control over what they access. Each person you invite we refer to as a contact. To invite contacts, simply navigate to the 'Contacts' tab within your 'Company Settings' 

Here you can invite a contact simply by adding their email and assigning one of the default roles or a custom role you have created.

Once saved, the user will receive an email link, inviting them to join Shaparency. The contact will remain 'Pending' until they have verified the link and completed their profile data.
