Meet the speakers

Previously a global financial services solutions expert at Merrill Lynch passionate about organizational behaviour, Chloe Irons's current position is with Scotia Bank. Above and beyond her international experience working in both the US and the UK, Chloe has a certificate in Organizational Behavior and Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Harvard Extension School, where she focused on employee interaction within organizations as well as improving both the employee experience and organizational effectiveness. She is a MBA graduate candidate with two specializations; Strategic Leadership & Management and Global Challenges in Business, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Florida International University. Chloe is a Design Thinking Program Advisor at Bellevue College and a two-time Diversity & Inclusion award winner for exemplary leadership within diversity & inclusion initiatives. She grew up in South Florida and her career has been split between New York and London.
