He has a degree in engineering but spent most of his time and effort on numbers, sales, and marketing. Tom started Lucidity to make a difference through strategy - making it more accessible to people and organizations. He is a specialist in growing teams and organizations internationally. Tom is also a non-executive director, a Growth Fund Mentor in the social, health and environmental sectors, and an author at Oxford University Press. He was awarded 'Times Top 100 SME - Top 100 and Top 10' four years in a row and Lucidity was voted the 'Best Place to Work' in UK & Europe.
