He speaks around the world on the themes of board diversity, inclusive decision-making and the concept and role of the ‘Future Director’. Paul is an award-winning author with his first book Right Seat, Right Table and is currently working on his second, Leave your ego at the door: a guide to impact & influence inside the boardroom. For over 10 years, Paul has served as Chair and non-executive director for a number of companies and organisations in Australia, UK, and Europe.
